A world-first exclusive patented monopolar RF device using innovative thermodynamic design
Cools the skin surface through Direct Contact Cooling Technology
The Coolfase probe is equipped with Direct Contact Cooling (DCC™) technology. By cooling the skin surface, it effectively reduces pain during RF treatment. Because pain is reduced, higher energy levels can be used during treatment to achieve better results. Other conventional high-energy monopolar RF treatments typically use nitrogen cooling to cool the skin surface. This cooling method requires extremely complex operation and has very limited cooling capacity. DCC™ technology uses an innovative thermodynamic design, embedding a micro-cooling device in the probe tip to directly cool the area where the probe contacts the skin through thermal conduction.
